Heather Currier Hunt

Heather Currier Hunt is currently Chief Learning Officer for the global architectural firm Perkins & Will. Formerly, she was Executive Talent Director and Global Head of Learning for IDEO. She leads the strategy, design, and implementation of a promise—to ensure that everyone, regardless of role or level, is offered the opportunity to become a world-changing creative leader. She believes that there is a present, emerging, or future leader inside every one of us. She makes it her mission to ensure everyone finds their authentic expression, expanding the definition of what good looks like and inspiring the world to grow a little more every day.

Heather has an MFA from The New School and a bachelor’s degree in English from Barnard College. She led the creation of IDEO’s first global leadership development programs, beacon events that target moments of career transition. What catapults her out of bed every morning is the chance to help others find their strengths, seize agency, see previously unimagined opportunities, and make a plan to achieve them.
